At The Slow Love, we want you to cherish every piece you purchase; however, if your order isn't quite right, we offer returns or exchanges within 30 days of delivery for unworn items in original packaging.

Return Process

  Securely pack your items in their original sustainable packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the garment is in its original condition.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and drop your package off at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
